Today I woke up in a world where we stood up as a people and proclaimed that the American dream and our ideals are still alive. Obama is symbolic of that, but it’s us as a nation that have made this promise to ourselves. It’s up to all of us to keep it.

I felt the same way. It’s amazing to me… joyful and hopeful. I truthfully never thought I would see it in my lifetime. The United States of America… land of opportunity and individual freedom; let’s hope we never let that spirit die. In protecting the rights of all, we protect them for the one. /cheer
